Oracle is a unique company providing onPrem and Cloud solutions. OnPrem hardware is the first step to the Cloud as Oracle provides the same technology for customers' datacenters and in the cloud, enabling customers to easily move workloads from onPrem to the cloud.

The chosen applicant will:
- Be a self-motivated team player who excels at cultivating executive-level, strategic relationships while developing new business within their given territory.
- Be responsible and accountable for growth, value, strategy, and satisfaction within a single or small number of elite clients and accomplish those objectives through relationship management, cross-selling, innovation, thought leadership and financial management.
- Generate and achieve weekly territory forecasts, and accurately predict revenue on a monthly basis; manage escalation.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
- Assist in the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
- Regularly interact across functional areas with management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.
- Have the ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
- Effectively utilize Oracle's internal resources, understanding client needs, mobilizing necessary resources and proposing innovative and disruptive strategies to the customer base.
- Possess a good high-level understanding of Oracle servers, storage, services, cloud infrastructure, and software.
- Act as an advocate and evangelist for Engineered Systems internally and externally.
- Be a source of the business proposition and sales strategy knowledge for a designated Oracle product area.
- Disseminate and share knowledge and expertise extensively across lines of business, partners, and customers.
- Language skills: French and English.
Responsibilities:
- Work towards an allocated Hardware bookings and revenue target.
- Work across Sales, Demand Generation, and Account Management organizations.
- Act as a point of contact for Engineered Systems and the entire Tech Systems portfolio.
- Be a source of business proposition and sales strategy knowledge for Engineered Systems.
- Drive sales through the entire sales cycle, from demand generation programs through to closed business and Partners’ and Customers’ references.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and identify and prioritize key opportunities for Oracle in that market.
- Implement the Systems Business Plan, working as necessary with development, production, and delivery teams to expedite sales campaigns.
- Provide specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within the relevant territory.
- Lead in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility.
- Manage solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities.
