We are committed to conducting 'first class business in a first class way,' so a passion for ethical and compliant business practices is crucial.As a Client Advisor for the Swiss Funds team, you will focus on growing our business in the Swiss German and Italian regions, reporting directly to the Swiss Country Head in ZurichDevelop strong relationships with clients, focusing on investment decision-makers, portfolio managers, and research analystsPrepare and deliver product presentations to prospective and existing clients through meetings, conferences, roadshows, and virtual platformsUse a consultative sales approach to drive client growthLeverage digital channels for a more effective business development approachEngage clients in discussions about new product concepts and solutions to address complex challengesTake ownership of client relationships and execute your business planAchieve sales targets through new client acquisition, effective pipeline management, and client retentionConduct business with a comprehensive understanding of compliance, audit, and legal requirements, adhering to best practicesEnsure timely and accurate sales reporting and record all client activities in the CRM tool.Required:Strong knowledge of the Asset Management industryDeep understanding of the local market with existing relationships in the wholesale channel and the ability to develop new onesExperience managing a client base in the Swiss German regionStrong technical background to articulate a range of long-only and alternative strategiesProfessional approach with the ability to engage with internal and external partnersProven track record of developing key partnerships with sales teams and individualsHighly motivated and capable of working independentlyPreferred:Strong team player with a client-focused driveSelf-starter capable of working under pressureAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesOver 10 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track recordExtensive client network in Zurich and the broader Swiss German region; Ticino is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; Italian is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
