For our client, an international financial holding company with offices in Zug / Zurich / Geneva, we are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial investment professional to take on a senior role as

**Strategic Investment Advisor / Director (M/F) 100% (EN-RU)**

This position offers a high degree of autonomy and decision-making power, and requires initiative in building and developing the company’s Swiss presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and lead long-term strategic development initiatives for the holding’s Swiss operations
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets (M&A) in Switzerland; lead deal execution
- Build and optimize international corporate structures, including SPVs, and holdings
- Provide expert advice on investment strategy, asset structuring, and capital allocation
- Lead the monetization of complex assets, including physical securities and international bills of exchange
- Participate in corporate governance, including Board or Supervisory Board activities
- Implement and manage crypto and blockchain-related strategies where applicable
- Make high-level strategic decisions independently, under conditions of uncertainty
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders across jurisdictions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in investment banking, preferably in Tier 1 institutions
- Deep knowledge of securitization, capital markets, and asset monetization
- Experience working with physical securities and international financial instruments
- Understanding of trust structures, asset protection, and international holdings
- Working knowledge of crypto assets, tokenization, and blockchain-based investment structures
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills at the executive level
- **Fluent Russian** and English (mandatory); German or French depending on canton
- A valid EU/EFTA passport with Swiss C permit, or a Swiss passport, is a **mandatory requirement** for this position.
