Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Product Manager für die Entwicklung unserer GTM-Akquisitionsstrategie für eine neue Produktlinie. In dieser Schlüsselposition gestaltest Du aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit und trägst massgeblich zum Erfolg unseres neuen Produkts bei.
Aufgaben- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen GTM-Akquisitionsstrategie für eine neue Produktlinie
- Steuerung der Produkteinführung über alle Vertriebskanäle hinweg
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkaufstraining zur Entwicklung effektiver Schulungsmaterialien
- Definition und Überwachung von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung der Produkteinführung
- Koordination zwischen Vertrieb, Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Kundensupport
- Analyse von Kunden- und Vertriebsfeedback zur kontinuierlichen Produktoptimierung
- Beobachtung von Markttrends im Bereich der neuen Produktlinie
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Vertrieb oder verwandtem Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise in der Telekommunikationsbranche
- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Einführung neuer Produkte über verschiedene Vertriebskanäle
- Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Projektmanagementkompetenzen
- Strategisches Denkvermögen und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau)
