Your contribution As Contract Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient, risk‑aware, and business‑focused legal operations across all Tecan affiliates. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for our global affiliates, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co‑marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements Provide general legal support to the business as needed Deliver training to employees on legal topics Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders worldwide to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies Your background We’re not just looking for hard skills: We value passion, talent, and diverse perspectives. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have initial professional experience, we welcome your application if you are eager to build your career in international contract management. You bring: Bachelor’s degree in Law. Initial experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and German, or a strong motivation to develop these skills Understanding of international contracts and cross‑border legal challenges.
