Job Title Contract Manager Job Location Zurich Main Responsibilities Take charge of management and operations from aspects including profitability/commercial models/clauses/risks/competition concerning customers Design commercial solutions, reply to commercial bids, or draft contracts Act as a chief negotiator for sales contract, assume responsibilities for negotiation tactics production and implementation, and establish partnerships with customers medium‑level managers Take part in SDT (Sales Decision‑making Team) operations management, and participate in the reviews of and support decision‑making on regional‑level key complex projects Organise all functions to identify risk and develop risk‑mitigation plan in pre‑sales phase, manage the risk and dispute during fulfillment phase Monitor the execution of company process in project operation and optimise the process in accordance with business and internal control requirements Tracking, analysis, administration of conditions and obligations of the contract to ensure contract compliance, identify and manage the change opportunity during the contract fulfilment phase Requirements Recently graduated (2024/2025) with a Bachelor or higher degree in Law or International Trading Self‑starter, strong business acumen and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills High flexibility, able to manage multiple tasks and be target‑oriented Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high‑paced organisation Excellent communication skills and customer‑service awareness Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland Fluency in English and German is required What we offer We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest‑growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work, and a competitive salary package.
