Would you like to kick-start your career after completing your studies? Are you looking for a company that supports development and growth your career? Then grow beyond yourself in our SIX International Graduate Program - Product Management During an 18-month journey, you will work in four different departments - one of them as an international assignment in Poland or Spain.

We offer you insights into our various business areas, a training program tailored to your needs and the opportunity to gain your first experience abroad. We invest in your further development and support you in expanding your specialist knowledge and personal skills. The Graduate Program as the perfect springboard for your successful career at SIX

**What You Will Do**:

- You spend your first placement in Debit & ATM Services team in the business unit Banking Services
- Choose the remaining rotations yourself: whether in the stock exchange, security services or financial information, as long as it is within the scope of your specialization
- Enhance your profile as a Product Manager at SIX with on-the-job training
- Receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging his experience to enhance your learning and development
- Expand your professional horizons with initial work experiences abroad in Madrid or Warsaw, and build a robust network across the company through diverse placements

**What You Bring**:

- Completed (or to be completed this summer) Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferable in the field of Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or similar at a university or university of applied sciences
- First relevant working experience e.g. as working student or with an internship
- Analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
- A customer focus mindset and willingness to help and find solutions with motivation to pick up new skills, having a positive, proactive and problem-solving attitude
- Open, interested and outgoing personality with a high sense of responsibility and elaborated communication skills
- Very good written and verbal German and English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus
