TITLE Contract Manager START DATE Immediate DURATION 3 - 6months with the possibility of extension UTILIZATION 80% - 100% LOCATION(S) Zurich Switzerland (Hybrid) AREA Legal THE ROLE We are seeking a Contract Manager for a life sciences company in Switzerland. The Contract Manager will play a key role in ensuring efficient risk‑aware and business‑focused legal operations across the companys global affiliates. Fluency in English and German is essential for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Draft review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including NDAs terms and conditions procurement consultancy co‑marketing beta testing and key opinion leader agreements. Provide general legal and contractual support to internal stakeholders. Prepare and deliver training sessions on relevant legal and compliance topics. YOUR PROFILE Bachelors degree in law (or equivalent legal qualification). Prior experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in both English and German. Familiarity with international agreements and cross‑border legal considerations. Full professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
