Um bei der nächsten Phasenzündung unseres Wachstums einen substanziellen Beitrag zu leisten, würde jemand mit Deinem Profil im Customer Services Team folgende Verantwortlichkeiten und Tätigkeiten übernehmen:

  • Beratung von Bankkundenbetreuern, Versicherungsagenten und Brokern im Erstellen von Hypothekarangeboten auf der CredEx Plattform
  • Koordination zwischen den CredEx Vertriebs-, Kreditgeber- und Abwicklungspartnern bei der Prüfung der Dateneingabe und Dokumentation von Hypothekaranträgen
  • Beratung im Aufsetzen von Hypotheken Credit-Scorecards und Pricing-Methoden für Kreditgeber
  • Teilnahme und Unterstützung bei Partnerweiterbildungen, Kundenakquisitionen und Plattformweiterentwicklungsprojekten

Minimale Anforderungen:

  • Schweizerische Bankfach Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Banking an Hoch- und Fachhochschulen willkommen
  • Mindestens 5-jährige Arbeitserfahrung in den Bereichen Retailbanken Kundenberatung, Credit Office und/oder Kreditabwicklung
  • Tech-Affinität und Flexibilität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Systemen/Plattformen
  • Muttersprachlich/fliessend in Deutsch und Französisch, sehr gute Kenntnisse der Englischen und Italienischen Sprache
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Bereitschaft, Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen

Sie modularisiert durch den Plattform Ansatz die Wertschöpfungskette vom Vertrieb bis zur Abwicklung, d.h. jedes Finanzinstitut kann selbst entscheiden, in welchen Gliedern sie teilnimmt. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die CredEx Plattform einen hohen Automatisierungsgrad, welcher durch die neusten Technologien wie APIs, Cloud und AI unterstützt wird.
