Votre mission
- Concevoir, configurer et déployer des campagnes de marketing automation sur la plateforme Pardot, en utilisant les meilleures pratiques et les fonctionnalités avancées pour maximiser l'efficacité.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour comprendre les objectifs des campagnes et proposer des solutions techniques pour les atteindre.
- Mettre en place des flux de travail automatisés pour la segmentation, la qualification et le suivi des leads, en veillant à une intégration transparente avec les systèmes CRM et autres applications marketing.
- Analyser les performances des campagnes, identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'optimisation, et fournir des recommandations pour améliorer les résultats.
- Assurer la conformité aux réglementations en matière de protection des données et de confidentialité dans toutes les activités de marketing automation.

Qualifications requises
- Titulaire d’un BSc ou d’un MSc en informatique, en génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience avérée dans la configuration et la gestion de campagnes de marketing automation sur la plateforme Marketing Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Solide compréhension des concepts de marketing automation, y compris la segmentation des leads, le lead scoring, le lead nurturing et le suivi des conversions.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de la relation client (Salescloud) et capacité à intégrer Pardot avec d'autres systèmes.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à interpréter les données pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Certification Marketing Account Engagement (Salesforce Certified Account Engagement Specialist) et Salescloud (Salesforce Certified Salescloud Admin) sont un plus.
