We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position:
Customer Experience Specialist (m/f/x) – Region Geneva –The Position:Establishing and maintaining customer contacts in order to generate prescriptions.
- Establishing and maintaining contact with the most important/relevant prescribers and therapy decision-makers/KEEs (definition of specialties according to target group specifications (targeting list) provided by sales management) in hospitals and the outpatient sector / GPs.
- Organizing and conducting regional training events/sponsorships.
- Participating in national and international congresses, including booth supervision and customer contact.
- Regular area analysis (frequency according to sales management specifications) of figures, customers, networks, competitor activities, and development of concrete measures to achieve specified goals (such as revenue, sales, market share, visit frequency, number of training events, etc.).
- Creating specific reports (e.g., CRM report, monthly report, account plans).
- Planning the use of the regional budget and monitoring/adherence to it.
- Close collaboration with MSLs in the area. Planning and executing joint activities according to defined goals.
- Regional implementation of the specified sales and communication strategy (including key messages).
- Continuous evaluation of new stakeholders/networks in the region.
- Participation in national and regional internal meetings.
- Continuous development of subject, product, and competitive knowledge.
- Knowledge and compliance with internal and external legal requirements (compliance, pharma code, HMG, VITH).
- Scheduling target groups according to specifications.
- Regular exchange with team colleagues – sharing best practices.
- Participation in defined projects (marketing, sales, etc.)
- Completed paramedical vocational training
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Established network of trust with GPs & OBCs
- Experience in the cardiovascular field is an advantage
- Network in the field of cardiology is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and confident use of modern CRM systems
- Analytical skills
- Fluent in French & English, German is an advantage
- High self-motivation
