Bei uns sind Sie nicht nur im Verkauf tätig, sondern gestalten aktiv die Zukunft lebensrettender Technologien mit.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams für den Geschäftsbereich Surgical Technologies suchen wir derzeit eine*n engagierte*n und motivierte*n Kolleg*in für die Position Sales Representative for General Surgical Technologies (m/w/d) – für die Regionen – SG, TG, AI, AA, GR, SH, TI, FL, GL, deutschsprachigen Schweiz. Es handelt sich um eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support existing customers in the field of vascular sealing, electrosurgery and surgical stapling instruments.
  • Acquire new customers, eventually expanding existing strategic co-operations.
  • Coordinate and realize training measures.
  • Carry out all sales-related measures for new product launches and presentations to customers.
  • Maintain contact with decision-makers on the customer side and opinion leaders in the market.
  • Participate in trade fairs and congresses.
  • Analyze and continuously assess market competitors.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Completed medical, technical or business management training or comparable professional experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, with fluency in Italian considered an advantage.
  • Commercial experience in managing a broad portfolio of products.
  • Medical and anatomical expertise as well as knowledge of the hospital environment.
  • Enthusiasm, persuasiveness and negotiating skills with a structured, independent and entrepreneurial working style.
  • Target group-orientated communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, result and solution-orientated way of working, also for complex sales processes, able to work in a team all across functions and groups, with flexibility and capability to deliver under pressure.
