To strengthen our sales team for the TAVI business unit, we are currently looking for a committed and motivated colleague for the position of Sales and Therapy Specialist (M/F/d) for French-speaking Switzerland. It is a remote position. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

- Analyses the marketplace, develops an effective territory/account sales action plan
- Performs all activities to maximize sales, in line with the sales strategy, from product introduction and presentation to contract negotiation
- Identifies and addresses all key decision makers (clinical, administrative / economic) and key opinion leaders in all accounts
- Further increases penetration in existing accounts, develops existing accounts into potential new product therapies/patient therapies and develops actual non-buying accounts
- Attends, participates and communicates about presentations in key professional congresses and events as required
- Provides technical support in the Operating room (i.e., physicians, consultants, cardiologists) according to territory guidelines

Required Knowledge and Experience:

- Degree in electrical or medical engineering or successfully completed medical training (e.g. nurse or MTA or operating room nurse) or equivalent professional experience
- Analytical skills (to understand local market and customer needs) to develop country specific strategies and tactics
- Fluent in French and very good written and spoken English skills
- Friendly and open appearance as well as a high level of service readiness and commitment
- Strong competence and high interest in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders (patients, doctors, buyers). Social skills, communication skills and empathy are important to us
- Technical affinity
- Reliability and commitment - independent way of working
