Associate Sales Representative

Medtronic is hiring an Associate Sales Representative responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions in Central Switzerland (Lucerne, Zug, Schwyz, Uri, Obwalden, Nidwalden)
In the role, you will be reporting directly to the Country Regional Sales Manager for the Alpine region.
**A Day in the Life**
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build, develop and strengthen long-term relationships with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals
- Pursue leads, assess needs, provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and services
- Establish education initiatives for the company's products and services
- Conduct market research, including customers and competitors activities
- Implement market development plans and strategies
**Must Haves**
- Up to one year of commercial experience.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Openness to learn and be coached.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in interactions with senior external stakeholders.
- Capability to effectively articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to details.
- Up to 80% travel requested.
**Nice to Haves**
- Fluency in another European language, preferably French.
- Working knowledge of company products and services.
- Excellent in anticipation and planning, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and agility to change.
- Experience in following strict procedures and compliance rules.
