What will you be doing as Group Vice President Communications?
  • Lead a team of 5 people
  • Internal and external communications
  • Overseeing content for both the internal Octanet and our corporate website
  • Working with the Head of Sustainability on EU CSRD reporting
  • Working closely with our various corporate functions, including HR and IT, on communications topics
Who are you?
  • You have a University degree in a relevant discipline
  • You have 10+ years of communications experience in a pharmaceutical company, with experience in leading a small, high performing team
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • You enjoy working with colleagues from different departments and locations, and have the ability to seek consensus and move projects forward
  • You have knowledge of the EU CSRD Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive
The Corporate Communications Team
  • The Corporate Communications Department coordinates the Group's communications objectives
  • Internal and external communications
  • Manages Octapharma's corporate brand guidelines and tools
  • Produces our Annual Report and corporate presentation
  • Works with colleagues across the organisation to develop content for our internal Octanet as well as our corporate website
  • Manages various online and social media channels
  • Oversees Octapharma's corporate congresses and events in close collaboration with our International Business Units
  • Domain management and storage of media assets
