Your responsibility


Administration tasks in connection with business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data Supporting underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships Preparation of figures as a basis for decision-making in connection with the assessment of reinsurance contracts Create and maintain reports for portfolio management and control Internal and external (client/broker) correspondence Interaction across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial and accounting departments

Your qualification


Higher education (University degree) mixed with relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance field Strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Proactive, independent, and structured way of working Efficient use of Office programs, especially Excel Ability to work well under pressure especially at renewal season Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are required, German and other languages are an advantage
