The hiring company is a dynamic, innovative company specialized in RPA consulting and digital innovation. They help their customers to get the most out of the newest technologies in the market They are looking for a talented Business Developer to join their team and help them expand their market presence while ensuring their clients receive world-class service. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts. You will work closely with the RPA team to execute strategies that increase the company’s reach and impact. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can build strong, lasting relationships to grow a client portfolio.
Your task
- Identify and Engage Prospective Clients: Research and target potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop, manage, and report on sales pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively to meet or exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business development strategies.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align client needs with product offerings and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting and CRM: Track and report activities, ensuring accurate data entry and management in CRM tools.
Your profile
- Languages: Proficiency in English and French is required; German is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management. Experience within IT Consulting industry is appreciated.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
- You are solution-oriented and focus on your customers' needs.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data reporting.
