Swiss Capital Introducer – Deeptech souveraineté numérique Type de mandat Rémunération exclusivement au success fee (pas de retainer, pas de fixe) L’opportunité JaaS39 (deeptech basée aux États-Unis) prépare une levée de fonds de plusieurs millions de CHF dans une nouvelle entité suisse. Pour des raisons juridiques et stratégiques, cette entité doit rester détenue à 100 % par des personnes résidentes fiscales en Suisse. Nous recherchons 1 à 3 apporteurs d’affaires / introduceurs de capital expérimentés, capables d’ouvrir rapidement les bonnes portes auprès de : HNWI / UHNWI résidents en Suisse Banques privées / gérants indépendants (EAM) Acteurs stratégiques suisses (banques cantonales, assurances, holdings industrielles) Votre profil Expérience avérée dans la levée de fonds / placements privés en Suisse Carnet d’adresses existant avec des investisseurs capables d’écrire des tickets de CHF 1–5 mio (club deals bienvenus) Disponibilité pour réaliser des introductions qualifiées et accompagner les processus de décision sur une période de 90 jours Rémunération Success fee pur : 5–8 % du montant effectivement investi et encaissé Rémunération versée au closing Mandat d’introduction clair, écrit, non exclusif Ce que nous mettons à disposition (sous NDA) Teaser d’investissement + deck complet Structure détaillée de l’entité suisse & use of proceeds Accès direct aux fondateurs pour les calls et les rendez-vous importants Comment postuler (un seul e-mail à bizdev@jaas39.com) Merci de partager les informations suivantes : 2–3 exemples récents de levées / introductions réalisées en Suisse Taille de ticket typique & type d’investisseurs que vous touchez Estimation réaliste du montant que vous pensez pouvoir introduire dans les 90 prochains jours Seuls les profils expérimentés et qualifiés recevront le teaser et un projet de mandat dans un second temps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
