The Opportunity
JaaS39 (US deeptech) is raising a multi-million CHF round into a new Swiss entity that must remain 100 % Swiss-resident owned (legal & strategic requirement).
We are looking for 1–3 experienced, independent capital introducers able to open doors fast to:
- Swiss-resident HNWIs / UHNWIs
- Single & multi-family offices
- Private banks / EAM desks
- Swiss strategics (cantonal banks, insurance, industrial holdings)
Your Profile
- Proven track record closing private placements in Switzerland
- Existing relationships with investors who can write CHF 1-5 M tickets (club deals welcome)
- Available to deliver qualified introductions and close within
90 days
Compensation
Pure success fee:
5-8 %
of capital actually invested and received
Paid at closing – clear, written introducer mandate – non-exclusive
