The Marketing Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the development, execution, and management of the company’s global marketing strategies.


This individual will collaborate with cross-functional and in-market teams to ensure brand consistency, drive global market penetration, and support revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of international markets, digital trends, and multi-channel marketing.


This position will play a critical role in the global growth of the Consumer Health category, ensuring its competitive positioning in the international marketplace. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking leader with the ability to navigate complex global dynamics while driving creative and impactful marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Global Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and vision.
  2. Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all global markets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and voice.
  3. Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new global market opportunities, developing tailored strategies to penetrate new regions while adapting to local market nuances.
  4. Campaign Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, PR, and traditional marketing efforts.
  5. Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a global marketing community, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment across markets and agencies.
  6. Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies and drive business growth.
  7. Digital Transformation: Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to optimize marketing performance and customer engagement.
  8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize ROI.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other key departments to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and company objectives.
  10. Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of global marketing efforts and report on performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  2. Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with significant global or regional exposure.
  3. Proven track record in leading successful global marketing campaigns and managing diverse, multi-country teams.
  4. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and data analytics.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  6. Experience with budget management and ROI-driven decision-making.
  7. Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience in working within a fast-paced, dynamic global company.
  2. Experience in OTC, Dietary Supplements or FMCG.
  3. Multilingual capabilities or strong cultural awareness in working across international markets.
  4. Expertise in specific regional markets (e.g., APAC, EMEA, Americas).
