Responsibilities of a Dubai Real Estate Agent include:
- Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting residential properties.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
- Generate leads through innovative strategies including social media, telesales, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and finalising deals.
- Develop a strong network to foster lasting relationships and drive growth.
- Organise and follow up on property viewings to ensure exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have…
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of an additional language would be beneficial.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential; we eagerly welcome motivated individuals who are keen to progress.
