The Role

As Director of Real Estate Partnerships & Asset Optimization at ShareP, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping how real estate asset managers unlock value from parking and EV charging infrastructure. Partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team, you will lead the charge in building strategic alliances, optimizing asset performance, and driving innovation in the integration of parking solutions into real estate portfolios. This role is both strategic and operational, combining high-level partnership development with hands-on project execution to ensure ShareP becomes a trusted partner for the real estate industry.

You’ll work at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and asset management, helping to position ShareP as a market leader in transforming underutilized parking spaces into high-value assets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute strategies for integrating smart parking and EV charging solutions into the portfolios of our partners in the real estate industry.
  2. Identify opportunities for optimizing parking assets, increasing revenue potential, and enhancing operational efficiency for real estate partners.
  3. Provide thought leadership on how parking solutions can align with broader real estate trends, including sustainability, smart cities, and urban planning.

Partnership Development & Relationship Management:

  1. Build and nurture relationships with senior real estate asset managers, property owners, and investment firms to promote ShareP’s solutions.
  2. Identify and secure strategic partnerships that enable ShareP to expand its presence across premium real estate portfolios.
  3. Represent ShareP at industry events, conferences, and forums, establishing the company as a thought leader in real estate innovation.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to help real estate clients maximize the value of parking assets, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements.
  5. Collaborate with ShareP’s product and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of the real estate market.
  6. Lead initiatives to align parking optimization with ESG goals, including energy efficiency and EV adoption.

Market Expansion & Business Development:

  1. Guide go-to-market strategies for new real estate markets and opportunities.
  2. Develop proposals and oversee key contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and long-term profitability for ShareP and its partners.
  3. Assess market trends and competitor activities, ensuring ShareP remains a step ahead in the industry.
  4. Work cross-functionally with ShareP’s sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless partnership experiences.
  5. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing partnerships team.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  3. A deep understanding of real estate asset optimization, parking management, and sustainability trends (e.g., EV charging, smart cities).
  4. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  5. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  6. Proven track record of developing and executing partnership strategies that drive business growth.
  7. Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to lead the transformation of an industry.
  8. A valid driver’s license and willingness to engage directly with ShareP solutions in real-world settings.
