For the development and expansion in German-Speaking Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Commercial Broker.
YOUR CHALLENGE- Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on commercial assets.
- Sourcing of sales and active search mandates for investment properties.
- Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Project management across the entire real estate project cycle.
- Market and location analysis of properties and property portfolios.
- Advice and consult on project developments for real estate.
- Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer.
- Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events.
- Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer.
- You have an above-average bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or similar.
- You have 2-5 years of professional experience in the fields of real estate brokerage and transaction management.
- You are an effective networker and bring along a broad preexisting professional network in the real estate industry.
- You are structured, have an eye for details, and can think in a networked way.
- You are an excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible.
