Your Role

  • Drive the improvement of production processes through optimization and continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
  • Assess and implement new technologies and processes within your area of responsibility.
  • Optimize costs, reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten throughput times.
  • Manage procurement projects for equipment and components, including budget oversight.
  • Train operators on process changes, organize regular training sessions, and update work instructions and test specifications.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for internal and external errors and resolve quality complaints.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in project management, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis tools, such as Minitab.
  • High level of self-motivation, responsibility, and drive.
  • Fluency in German and English.
