**Senior Manager, Manufacturing Science Global Business Process Owner**:

**Position Description**:

- MAKE Automation, Sciences & Technology (MAKE AS&T) is the Global MAKE functional pillar of the J&J Consumer Health Global Value Chain (GVC) Organization. It is the technical and operational excellence backbone of the Consumer Health Supply Chain providing Technical Ownership and Executional Excellence, maximizing the synergy of product, process and equipment._
- Digital Transformation is a critical component of the Consumer Health strategy to become a digital first company. Consumer Health is investing significantly to align its manufacturing technology strategy and its global manufacturing strategy, focusing on data, digital and automation to bring Consumer Health Supply Chain’s manufacturing capabilities to the next level._
- The_ **Senior Manager, Manufacturing Science Global Business Process Owner** _will be responsible to manage, and continuously improve the process domain of ‘Manufacturing science and product life cycle integration”. The role will be globally responsible for the business design, evolution, standardization of the process and alignment across functions, markets / regions._

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:

- The role will be globally responsible for the following processes:_
- _All processes related to manufacturing process science and integration of manufacturing with R&D and quality. (e.g. product specifications and recipes management, new product introduction,_ _integration with product life cycle and artwork, technology transfer, processes validation, continuous process verification, etc...)._
- _All processes across all the franchises/products (Drugs, Cosmetics, Engineered_ _products, Medical Devices, etc ) are in scope_
- Within the process domain in charge the role will establish a network of process experts in our manufacturing sites and closely collaborate with them in order to:_
- _Identify areas of improvements, innovation and standardization of our processes, and drive alignment and adoption of best practices across functions, markets / regions_
- _Shape simulations, test&learn and pilots of innovative_ _processes and technologies. Drive requirements for automation, digitalization and evolutions of our IT systems, and actively shape the roadmap towards our manufacturing of the future (e.g. manufacturing intelligence, advanced process simulations, product data integration, digital validation,_ _etc.)_
- _After successful tests implement process changes in the manufacturing sites, ensure appropriate training, change management, and change control working closely with project teams and regional/site teams_
- _Identify value for business, contribute to the long range financial process_
- _Create and maintain global core process design documentation, establish knowledge and documentation management governance_
- Within the process domain in charge the role will support global projects and programs with the following main responsibilities:_ _:_
- _Integrate new groundbreaking capabilities into the portfolio in collaboration with all relevant projects and programs leader_
- _Work with sites and regions at the definition of business case and value_
- _Coordinate fit/gap analysis, process translation and preparation of project related documentation_
