La / il titolare del posto lavora in team con regulatory manager e quality assessor. Predispone, sotto l’aspetto amministrativo, le domande di omologazione e modifica dei medicamenti complementari e fitoterapeutici, e in parte le elabora autonomamente. Registra le domande nei nostri sistemi EDP e controlla i testi relativi a confezioni e informazioni sul medicamento. Inoltre sbriga la corrispondenza in lingua tedesca e francese e risponde alle richieste di informazioni telefoniche. Sono di sua competenza anche il monitoraggio informatizzato delle scadenze e la gestione della documentazione elettronica concernente i preparati.

A livello ideale ha una formazione come assistente di farmacia o droghiera / e e si è perfezionata / o in ambito commerciale. Una buona conoscenza orale e scritta del tedesco e del francese e una conoscenza di base dell’inglese la / lo agevolano nel lavoro quotidiano. Utilizza con sicurezza e senza difficoltà i programmi MS Office. La rapidità di comprensione e l’approccio al lavoro le / gli consentono di identificare i nessi logici senza esitazioni e di stabilire con coerenza le priorità. Mantiene la calma anche in situazioni frenetiche. Affronta i problemi in autonomia e in modo orientato alla soluzione. Grazie al suo atteggiamento aperto e informale, si integra velocemente nel team MCF, alleggerendone con efficienza il carico di lavoro.

Un orario di lavoro flessibile su base annuale con opzioni di telelavoro e uffici situati in prossimità della stazione centrale di Berna sono parte integrante delle interessanti condizioni di assunzione.
