We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Business Development and Licensing at CSL Plasma.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies for potential external opportunities, internal projects, and technologies that lead to aligned business growth. You will identify and assess business development, licensing, and M&A opportunities that achieve strategic plans and lead shareholder value.
You will also be responsible for providing licensing and strategic guidance during the new product evaluation process and leading agreement drafting, negotiation, and deal closure on a global basis. Your expertise will play a critical role in leading senior, global diligence teams, defining and tracking due diligence activities to answer critical questions for specified opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in science or pharmacy and 7+ years of business development and licensing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. A postgraduate qualification in business is desirable.
