Strategic Sourcing Specialist

The Strategic ICT Buyer will play a key part in driving digital transformation at Gilbert Meher.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing ICT sourcing and category strategies, managing complex tenders, and evaluating supplier relationships.
Your efforts will directly impact efficiency, innovation, and sustainability in healthcare.
- Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement ICT sourcing and category strategies in collaboration with the Technology and Innovation Directorate.
- Manage complex tenders in compliance with cantonal procurement regulations.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers.
- Oversee audit-proof contract creation and project management for complex ICT procurement initiatives.
- Advise internal departments on designing and executing ICT solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in strategic procurement, ideally in ICT.
- Fluency in both English.
- Knowledge of Swiss public procurement law is a plus.
- Service-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about digital transformation.
