Job Description

Would you like to do the opening of our Mama Shelter in Zurich?

THE MISSION?

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you.

You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). ️

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.

You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities.

You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over. ️

You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect

  • Your leadership is natural & effective; everyone knows that when Mama is not there, the children will play, but Mama can count on you
  • You have a good level of English, so when you’re asked, "How do you feel about the trams in Zurich?” you’ll know how to reassure the guest.
  • You know how to identify talents and develop them; red chair and buzzer: it's your turn
  • You know how to mobilize the necessary resources (Human, Financial & Administrative) to succeed in your mission.
  • Excellent management; you’ve mastered cost control, analysis of figures & productivity optimization.
  • You know how to sell, without turning into the Wolf of Wall Street.
  • You know your results and are not afraid to show it; your PowerPoint presentations and your Excel tables make everyone jealous
  • You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships, and they love you
  • You want to be at the heart of the action with your team️️️ and not always alone at your office.
  • You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.
