About your future role
We offer innovative solutions in cashless payment transactions and support companies in offering their customers secure and convenient payment options. To expand our team, we are looking for a Product Manager. Are you ready for a varied job?

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Strategic Product Development: Design, implement, and continuously optimize innovative payment solutions with a strong focus on customer needs
  • Requirements Management: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to gather, specify, and efficiently implement product requirements
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and maximize product performance
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure all payment processes meet legal, regulatory, and security standards

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Experience: Several years of experience in product management or a similar role, ideally with a focus on payment solutions and collaboration with development teams
  • Expertise: In-depth understanding of payment systems, technologies, and processes (e.g., payment gateways, card solutions, wallets). Knowledge of industry-specific regulations (e.g., EMV, ep2) is desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to accurately collect and analyze data to create sound, data-driven decision-making foundations.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts and persuade various stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of APIs and software development processes.
  • Willingness to Learn: Open to quickly diving into new topics, acquiring expertise, and taking on responsibility.
  • Languages: Fluent in German or French and English.
