Ce poste vous donne la possibilité d'être responsable de la croissance des ventes "Enterprise Informatics : produits/solutions informatiques dans le domaine de la santé" en identifiant et en obtenant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales. Vous établirez de solides relations avec les clients en cherchant à comprendre en profondeur leurs besoins et en démontrant efficacement la proposition de valeur du portefeuille EI pour répondre à ces besoins.

Ce rôle exige une mentalité d'autodidacte et une volonté de créer de nouvelles opportunités, avec une passion pour l'établissement de nouvelles relations avec les clients, l'obtention de nouveaux contrats rentables, et une concentration sur l'obtention de résultats pour Philips et nos clients.

Vos missions :

  1. Identifier / prospecter des opportunités d'acquisition de nouveaux clients

    • Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de compte pour une série de comptes clients (par exemple, mener des études de marché et de concurrence).

    • Assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et objectifs commerciaux de Philips.

    • Collaborer avec les spécialistes et les responsables d'unités commerciales et les impliquer dans les phases clés du processus de vente.

  2. Établir des partenariats significatifs avec les clients

    • S'engager auprès d'un éventail de partenaires clients afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales (des parties prenantes cliniques à la direction).

    • Développer une compréhension globale des besoins actuels et futurs d'un client, et identifier comment le portefeuille EI peut répondre à leurs besoins.

    • Adapter les pistes de discussion pour démontrer la valeur du portefeuille EI aux nouveaux comptes à fort potentiel.

    • Travailler en partenariat avec les spécialistes de la vente afin de fournir aux clients une expertise approfondie des produits au cours du cycle de vente.

  3. Mener les négociations contractuelles afin d'obtenir des conditions mutuellement avantageuses

  4. Collaborer avec les responsables des ventes de Philips pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux communs EI

  5. Permettre un reporting et des prévisions efficaces notamment grâce à Salesforce.

Vos atouts pour réussir à ce poste :

  • Formation commercial ou ingénieur.

  • Expérience confirmée dans la création et l'exécution de plans de comptes en vue d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et de réaliser les objectifs commerciaux.

  • Expérience approfondie de la vente de produits informatiques dans le domaine de la santé dans un environnement clinique, et/ou connaissance approfondie de l'écosystème hospitalier.

  • Expérience de la gestion d'un entonnoir de vente de logiciels et de la hiérarchisation des opportunités nécessitant une escalade ou une accélération afin d'atteindre les résultats escomptés.

  • Orientation client profonde, capacité à entretenir de solides relations avec les décideurs clés (y compris la direction générale).

  • Avoir un esprit commercial résistant, capable de s'adapter à un environnement client dynamique.

  • Familiarité avec les logiciels de gestion de la relation client (Salesforce)

  • Qualité d'abord et esprit de sécurité des patients

  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite

You will be responsible for driving sales growth in Switzerland by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will build strong customer relationships by seeking a deep understanding of their needs and effectively demonstrating the value proposition of the EI portfolio to address those needs.

This role requires a self-starter mentality and eagerness to create new opportunities for EI, with a passion for building new customer relationships, winning new profitable deals, and a focus on delivering results for Philips and our customers.

Your responsibilities include the following:

  1. Identify / prospect opportunities for new customer acquisition

    • Define and execute account strategy across a range of customer accounts (e.g., conduct market and competitor research)

    • Drive effective funnel management to build towards sales targets and Philips business objectives

    • Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business unit leaders during key portions of the sales process

  2. Establish meaningful customer partnerships

    • Engage with a range of customer partners to identify new business opportunities (from clinical stakeholders to C-suite)

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of a customer’s current and future needs, and identify how opportunities for the EI portfolio to meet their needs

    • Tailor talk tracks to demonstrate the value of the EI portfolio with high potential new accounts

    • Partner with Sales Specialists to provide customers with deep product expertise during the sales cycle

  3. Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms

  4. Collaborate with Philips sales leaders to deliver on shared EI business objectives

  5. Maintain Salesforce.com hygiene to enable effective reporting and forecasting

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing account plans towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets

  • Preferred in-depth experience of selling Healthcare IT products in a clinical environment, and/or great knowledge of hospital ecosystem.

  • Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results

  • Deep customer-orientation, track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)

  • Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles

  • Resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)

  • Quality first and Patient Safety mindset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
