**Job Description**:
Our products and services are expanding, therefore we are looking for a **Technical Project Manager** to join our teams within the Software Engineering Department.

Thanks to your **proactive attitude **and **leadership**, your mission will consist of ensuring **coordination **and **alignment **between the different internal stakeholders involved and the Software Engineers to help them **building **and **deliver **efficient and relevant **technical solutions.**

Your daily job will look as follow:

- ** Collaborate closely** with Software Engineers, IT Operations, Business Analysts and internal business stakeholders to **define solutions** and to get high-quality products through the **whole software project life-cycle** (plan, build, test and release on time)
- ** Manage **projects delivery, **identify **possible risks and **communicate **them to project stakeholders in a clear and constructive manner
- ** Provide **the required** hands-on software development** and project management, **cross-teams coordination** to deliver outstanding product outcomes
- Communicate with the **external partners** and participate in due diligence process

**Qualifications**:

- At least **5 years** of experience in a similar position, ideally in a banking environment
- Solid **analytical** and **problem-solving** abilities
- Demonstrated understanding of Software Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Excellent **communication** and **coordination **skills, comfortable to give and receive feedback
- ** Proven computer science** practical experience (usage of SQL, QA, experience using a script language and/or ability to understand Java code) or motivation to learn
- Fluent in **English**, French is an asset
