About Our Client

My client is on the lookout for a strategic and driven Chief Commercial Officer / Head of Business Development (m/f/d) to join the team. As a Top 100 Crypto project (CoinMarketCap), the company is already among the leaders in the Blockchain space, and seeks to build out and solidify this position. As CCO / Head of BD, you will build out the sales team and sales verticles.

Job Description

  • Spearhead the development and execution of commercial strategies across different verticles to drive business growth and market share
  • Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and financial institutions
  • Lead market expansion efforts, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams within the Crypto ecosystem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals and product roadmaps
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing its visibility and thought leadership in the Crypto community
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team
  • Manage and expand the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development leadership role within the Blockchain / tech sector
  • Strong network of contacts in the Crypto industry and a history of successful partnership building
  • Experience in a sales management / commercial leadership role
  • Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and turning them into profitable ventures
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficient English
  • Based in Europe
