  • Sprachkenntnisse: Muttersprache Deutsch (oder C2 Niveau)
  • Führungserfahrung in schnell wachsenden und dynamischen Teams
  • Background im Projekt-, Operations- oder Key Account Management mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Online-Marketing oder im Live-Marketing
  • Du bist Kunden- sowie Lösungsorientiert, und bringst eine vertrauenswürdige, ambitionierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit
Ihre Aufgaben
  • Diese Stelle ist zentral für die Weiterentwicklung und das Wachstum der Firma. Als COO wirst du die grösste Personalverantwortung haben und auch Mitglieder der Geschäftsleistung sein
  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung der Operativen Abteilung der Firma und stelle sicher, dass die Kundenwünsche erfolgreich umgesetzt werden
  • Leitung des Operations-Teams von aktuell 8 Mitarbeitern, das sich in den nächsten 2 Jahren vervierfachen wird
  • Auf- und Ausbau von Strukturen und neue Prozesse, um die Abteilung für die Scaling-Up Phase richtig zu strukturieren
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Team (auf Richtung Standardisierung sowie Automatisierung) für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden
  • Verantwortung für KPIs Settings und Goal achievements für dein Ops-Team
