Position Summary:
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to guide our company through its next phase of growth. The COO will play an integral role in strategic decision-making, ensuring Copresence remains to continue to lead the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft, implement, and communicate forward-thinking company strategies that align with our vision and business goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee internal operations, ensuring optimal productivity and streamlined processes across departments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with shareholders, partners, and customers to foster relationships and open avenues for growth and innovation.
- Team Building & Mentorship: Lead and mentor top-tier talent, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
- Financial Management: Partner with the finance department to ensure fiscal responsibility, sustainability, and growth.
- Sales: Communication with customers & partnering with the sales department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of senior management experience, preferably tech industry
- Proven track record of leading and scaling teams and operations.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the AI, gaming, or virtual/augmented reality industry is a strong plus.
