Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Founder and CEO, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Support strengthening the commercial performance of the organization (sales and brand).
- Work closely with the leadership team (Heads of Customer Experience, Product and Growth) to build a high-performing organization.
- Ensure company’s operational excellency.
- Lead the company’s operations team (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement).
- Support the Founder and CEO in the conversations with potential investors and in the capital increase process.
You bring
- A bachelor’s degree in business, or a related subject, or an MBA.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles or in operations management.
- Proven track record of delivering high quality results and contributing to organizational success.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of best practices in SaaS.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering collaboration, driving productivity and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills to relay clearly key information, analyses, results and recommendations to various stakeholders.
You are
- A commercially driven person with experience working with entrepreneurs.
- Familiar with P&L management and with contracting.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration and values expertise.
- Interested in topics at the intersection of business and society.
- Critical thinker and results oriented.
- Trustful with highest level of ethics and integrity.
- Digitally-savvy.
- Proficient in English and preferably fluent in German.
- Eligible to live and work in Switzerland.
