Unser Auftraggeber ist im Bereich Retail-Medical als Marktführer bekannt. Aufgrund eines rasanten Wachstums seit der Gründung benötigt es heute eine Konsolidierungsphase begleitet von Restrukturierungsmassnahmen, um die Marktführerschaft auch in Zukunft zu sichern. Für die die Geschäftsleitung suchen wir einen digital versierten Chief Operating Officer, der die Abteilungen Production & Laboratory, Operational Excellence und Technology führt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht im Bereitstellen einer funktionierenden Infrastruktur und dem Gewährleisten widerstandsfähiger Prozesse
  • Sie erkennen ineffiziente Strukturen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette aufgrund einer sorgfältigen Analyse (Daten, Kosten, Rentabilität, Infrastruktur etc.)
  • Darauf basierend planen Sie geeignete Optimierungsmassnahmen, sind aktiv in deren Umsetzung eingebunden und entlasten die Organisation bereichsübergreifend
  • Zur Verbesserung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den einzelnen Abteilungen/Bereichen arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Head Medical Operations und dem Bereich Retail zusammen
  • Sie unterstützen die CEO bei der Umsetzung der Transformationsprojekte und können dadurch unternehmensweite Synergieeffekte erzeugen
  • Implementierung relevanter KPIs zur Überwachung der Unternehmensleistung
  • Sie befähigen ein motiviertes, junges Team bei diesem Wandel durch Wissenstransfer und die Förderung von vernetztem, unternehmerischem Denken und Handeln
  • Sie führen Ihren Bereich zusammen mit 5 direct reports

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Technischer oder naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Wirtschaft und Management (z.B. MBA)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Bereich Operationsmanagement (Prozessoptimierung, SCM, Qualitätskontrolle, Projektmanagement und betriebliche Effizienz)
  • Ausgezeichnetes Prozessverständnis (Kanban, KVP, etc.) gepaart mit Umsetzungsstärke
  • Solides IT-Verständnis mit ausgezeichneten ERP-Kenntnissen (fundierte Salesforce-Kenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus)
  • Organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgewiesenen Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten und zielgruppengerechter Kommunikationsstil
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, hands-on Mentalität, digital-affin, interessiert und engagiert, loyal, vertrauenswürdig und zuverlässig
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
