Zu Vervollständigung unseres The Living Circle Teams, suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung, eine dynamische Persönlichkeit als Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer. In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du für die strategische Leitung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer umfassenden kommerziellen Marketingstrategie für unsere gesamte Gruppe verantwortlich. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung trägst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Unternehmensstrategie und der geschäftlichen Ziele bei.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Entwicklung einer wachstumsorientierten und ganzheitlichen Marketing-, Sales- und Revenue-Vermarktungsstrategie für den nationalen sowie internationalen Markt
  • Leitung des Vertriebs-, PR- und Kommunikationsteams zur Erreichung von Umsatz- und Wachstumszielen
  • Leitung des Revenue und Reservations Management Teams, welches die Preisgestaltung, das Yield Management und Kapazitätssteuerung verantwortet
  • Führung eines Teams von rund acht Direct Reports, das insgesamt über 20 Teammitgliedern in der Abteilung umfasst
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Gestaltung unserer Hotelmarken, um ein differenziertes Markenimage zu schaffen und zu pflegen
  • Regelmässige Auswertung und Berichtserstattung über die Leistung und Aktivitäten im Marketing-Bereich zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Verantwortlich für die Produkt- und Angebotsentwicklung sowie die Implementierung der Rolle des Design & Brand Experience Managers
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle des Marketingplans und Budgetverwaltung
  • Hauptverantwortlich für das Marketingkonzept, das unsere Unternehmensvision und -ziele widerspiegelt
  • Analyse des Marktes und Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten sowie innovativer Marketingansätze zur Förderung des Wachstums
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Partnern, Agenturen und andere relevanten Interessensgruppen
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Marketing- und Vertriebskanäle zur Maximierung der Rentabilität und Effektivität
ÜBER DICH
  • Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft und Vertiefung Marketing oder Kommunikation
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in leitender Position im Commercial- und Marketingbereich, idealerweise im Luxussegment
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Verständnis für die Dynamiken des Hospitality-Marktes
  • Menschlich und fachlich Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke, Belastbarkeit und organisatorischem Flair
  • Ausgezeichnete Führungsqualitäten und Teamführungsfähigkeiten
  • Strategisches Denken und Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung innovativer Ansätze zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsposition
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Erfolg in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in Italienisch von Vorteil
