About Our Client
My client is on the lookout for a strategic and driven Chief Commercial Officer / Head of Business Development (m/f/d) to join the team. As a Top 100 Crypto project (CoinMarketCap), the company is already among the leaders in the Blockchain space, and seeks to build out and solidify this position. As CCO / Head of BD, you will build out the sales team and sales verticles.
Job Description
Spearhead the development and execution of commercial strategies across different verticles to drive business growth and market shareEstablish and nurture strategic partnerships and relationships with key industry players, stakeholders, and financial institutionsLead market expansion efforts, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams within the Crypto ecosystemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company goals and product roadmapsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing its visibility and thought leadership in the Crypto communityMonitor competitive activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to the executive teamManage and expand the business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development leadership role within the Blockchain / tech sectorStrong network of contacts in the Crypto industry and a history of successful partnership buildingExperience in a sales management / commercial leadership roleStrategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and turning them into profitable venturesExcellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degree / MBA in Business, Finance, or a related fieldProficient EnglishBased in Europe
