JCW sucht für einen Kunden eine/n Chief Operations Officer (m/w/d), welche/r den effizienten und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb mehrerer Labore sicherstellt. Die Aufgabe umfasst die strategische Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der operativen Abläufe mit Fokus auf Qualität, Digitalisierung und Kosteneffizienz.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für operative und administrative Prozesse in einer Multi-Site-Struktur, einschließlich Spitallaboren.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards sowie regulatorischer Vorgaben.
  • Leitung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur zur Förderung der Digitalisierung.
  • KPI-basierte Steuerung und Effizienzsteigerung ohne Qualitätsverlust.
  • Umsetzung strategischer Initiativen wie Erweiterung des Leistungsspektrums und Standortentwicklung.
  • Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams mit einem wertschätzenden, transparenten Führungsstil.

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Studium bzw. biomedizinische Ausbildung (HF) mit idealerweise FAMH-Titel.
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise als COO, mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Verständnis.
  • Kenntnisse in medizinischem Laborwesen, Medizintechnik oder Gesundheitswesen.
  • Sprachkompetenz in mindestens zwei Landessprachen und hohe IT-Affinität.
  • Strategisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und Innovationsgeist.
