Hauptaufgaben

- Sie sind "die rechte Hand der COO" und innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Operations im Lead für den Strategieprozess, die Umsetzung der Jahresziele sowie diverse operative und administrative Aufgaben
- Führung von maximal einem/einer Mitarbeitenden zur administrativen Unterstützung des Bereichs
- Sie treiben die Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches voran und fungieren als Change Agent bei grösseren Veränderungen
- Ihnen obliegen die Planung, Vorbereitung und Moderation von Workshops im Führungsteam und dem Geschäftsbereich, inkl. der Erstellung der notwendigen Unterlagen
- Als Kostenstellenleiter sind Sie verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung und –Kontrolle, sowie der Personalplanung
- In diesen und weiteren Themen sind Sie der Dreh- und Angelpunkt, sowie die zentrale Anlaufstelle für das Führungsteam und den Mitarbeitenden des Geschäftsbereichs
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Führungsteam des eigenen Bereichs sowie den entsprechenden DOO-Rollen der anderen Geschäftsbereiche der FINMA zusammen
- Als Owner von übergreifenden ICT-Funktionen (z.B. Digital Workplace oder der elektronischen Signatur) treiben Sie deren Weiterentwicklung voran und übernehmen die Auftraggeberschaft in entsprechenden Projekten

Profil

- Sie verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluss im betriebswirtschaftlichem und/oder IT- Umfeld oder vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildungen oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen
- Mindestens 6 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten/Rollen
- Ein vernetztes, dienstleistungs- und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten über Organisations-Grenzen hinweg sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie bringen eine ausgeprägte Kooperationsfähigkeit, grosse Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie analytisches Denken mit, haben Freude an konzeptionellem Arbeiten und können unterschiedliche Perspektiven in die Lösungsfindung einbringen
- Sie sind integrativ und können Informationen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder stufengerecht aufbereiten und in ansprechender Form darstellen
- Es ist von Vorteil, wenn Sie strategische Kompetenz mitbringen und Ihnen agile Prinzipien geläufig sind
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2), gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil (B2)
