Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Risk Management

Develop and execute a holistic cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the organization stays ahead of evolving threats.

Lead risk assessments and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities to strengthen security posture.

Align security initiatives with business goals, balancing innovation with robust protection.

Implement state-of-the-art security technologies (firewalls, SIEM, intrusion detection, IAM).

Oversee real-time threat monitoring, response protocols, and forensic investigations.

Develop and maintain a resilient incident response framework to swiftly counter potential breaches.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance

Ensure adherence to financial sector regulations, including GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST.

Manage security audits and compliance documentation for internal and external reviews.

Collaborate with legal and risk teams to uphold data protection laws and best practices.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic security insights.

Foster a security-first culture, ensuring teams across IT, product, and operations integrate security best practices.

Lead and mentor a high-performing cybersecurity team, promoting innovation and excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven Leadership – 7+ years in a senior cybersecurity role, with experience developing and executing security programs at scale.
  • Security Expertise – Deep understanding of threat intelligence, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Certifications & Education – Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC) and a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
  • Technical Acumen – Hands-on experience with security architectures, network protection, cloud security, and incident response.
  • Strategic Mindset – Ability to anticipate future risks and align security priorities with business growth objectives.
  • Exceptional Communication – Comfortable engaging with executives, regulators, and technical teams to drive security initiatives forward.
