Key Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the development and implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) aligned with industry standards.
  • Driving compliance with cybersecurity regulations and best practices is a critical component of this role.
  • Incident management requires swift detection, response, and resolution of security threats.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • This position requires strong expertise in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and NIS-2, as well as practical experience in risk management frameworks, compliance audits, and security operations.
Your Background
  • We require a candidate with a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
  • A proven track record of experience in both cybersecurity management and hands-on implementation is essential, ideally in critical infrastructure or energy sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp of complex topics, and excellent communication skills are necessary to drive cybersecurity initiatives forward.
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset and willingness to learn and take ownership of security challenges are highly valued.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, along with advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
