Ihre Aufgaben - Mehr als nur Zahlen:

Als CFO sind Sie das finanzielle Rückgrat des Unternehmens und gestalten aktiv dessen Zukunft mit. Sie entwickeln und steuern die Finanzstrategie und tragen maßgeblich zur langfristigen Stabilität und Effizienz bei.

  • Strategische Finanzführung: Verantwortung für die konsolidierten Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach Swiss GAAP FER
  • Effizientes Finanzmanagement: Leitung der Budgetierungsprozesse und Genehmigung der Budgets der Tochtergesellschaften
  • Liquiditätskontrolle: Sicherstellung eines vorausschauenden Liquiditätsmanagements mit rollierender 24-Monats-Finanzplanung
  • Controlling & Reporting: Überwachung relevanter Finanz-KPIs und Bereitstellung transparenter Berichte für das Management
  • Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Unterstützung der Finanzabteilungen in der Schweiz, Österreich und Serbien
  • Stakeholder-Management: Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu Banken, Versicherungen, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Brokern
  • IT- & Prozessoptimierung: Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, inklusive Leitung wichtiger Digitalisierungsprojekte
  • Leadership & Entwicklung: Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzteams, um Spitzenleistungen zu fördern

Ihr Profil Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

Für diese verantwortungsvolle und zukunftsweisende Rolle suchen wir eine erfahrene Finanzführungskraft mit folgendem Background:

  • Fundierte Ausbildung in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder Betriebswirtschaft (Höhere Fachschule, Universitätsabschluss oder gleichwertige Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Führungsstärke und Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse im Schweizer Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie Erfahrung mit grenzüberschreitenden Lieferketten (Zölle, Abgaben etc.)
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fliessend in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
  • Technische Affinität: Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, SAP und BI-Tools
