Enova is hiring a Senior Business Manager to develop Enova activities in Zurich.

Tasks

We are a consulting company specialized in information technology, data science, and artificial intelligence. Within Enova, you will develop and manage your own Business Unit by handling the following activities:

  • Defining and implementing growth strategies in the information technology sector.
  • Developing your network and customer portfolio.
  • Recruiting the best talents.
  • Managing the projects and careers of your consultants.

With the training and support of Senior Managers, you will bring your Sales and Management skills to the next level

In a strong growth context in Switzerland, you will evolve quickly inside the organization

Requirements
  • Graduated from a Bachelor/Master Business or Engineering School.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Manager in Consulting.
  • Comfortable with cold acquisition.
  • Resilient, autonomous, and able to build up your own motivation to perform as you are result-oriented.
  • Fluent in English and German; Swiss German is a big plus.
  • Motivated to join a dynamic young team.
