Overview

We are looking for a flexible and committed individual to join our reception team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our visitors and ensure a smooth and welcoming reception experience. Additionally, you will coordinate travel bookings and support the introduction of a new travel tool. Responsibilities

  1. Welcoming and looking after visitors: You are the first point of contact for our visitors and make them feel welcome.
  2. Telephone switchboard: You will answer calls and forward them professionally and efficiently to the relevant colleagues.
  3. Organising travel bookings: You coordinate travel bookings in collaboration with an external travel agency and take on the introduction of a new travel tool.
  4. Catering orders: You will be responsible for organising and ordering catering for internal and external events.
  5. General administrative support: You will support the team with various administrative tasks and thus contribute to the smooth running of the office.
  6. Project management: Lead exciting projects globally related to reception and visitor management.

Hard skills

  1. Completed training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification.
  2. Several years of professional experience in a reception role or similar position.
  3. Solid knowledge in organizing business travel and experience with travel tools.
  4. Negotiation skills, ideally with hotels and service providers.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  6. Excellent German and English skills.

  1. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  2. Strong organizational abilities and a structured working style, even in dynamic situations.
  3. Self-reliant, discreet, and reliable.
