Your task
  • Beratung von Kunden in allen IT-Belangen und Begleitung ihrer Digitalisierung
  • Aktives Lead-Management
  • Hauptansprechperson für Kunden und Bearbeitung von Angebotsanfragen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Produktentwicklung (Digitalisierungs- und Sicherheitschecks, Standardlösungen)
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten

Your profile
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1+, fliessend)
  • 2+ Jahre als (Key) Account Manager
  • Erfahrung mit den IT-Bedürfnissen des öffentlichen Sektors
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Abacus, Innosolv, CMI und deren Lizenzmodellen
  • Kenntnisse in M365
