Your task
- Beratung von Kunden in allen IT-Belangen und Begleitung ihrer Digitalisierung
- Aktives Lead-Management
- Hauptansprechperson für Kunden und Bearbeitung von Angebotsanfragen
- Mitarbeit bei der Produktentwicklung (Digitalisierungs- und Sicherheitschecks, Standardlösungen)
- Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten
Your profile
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1+, fliessend)
- 2+ Jahre als (Key) Account Manager
- Erfahrung mit den IT-Bedürfnissen des öffentlichen Sektors
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Abacus, Innosolv, CMI und deren Lizenzmodellen
- Kenntnisse in M365
