Pour notre division Finance et Risques, nous recherchons une ou un :

Annonce
  • apporter un support d’experte ou expert aux métiers au contact avec la clientèle en matière de clarification KYC/KYT pour les cas complexes ou sensibles, d’identification des clientes et clients et de qualification CDB des entités,
  • analyser et valider les dossiers de la clientèle à risque accru LBA/FT (KYC),
  • analyser et valider le transactions à risque accru LBA/FT (KYT),
  • effectuer des clarifications complémentaires pouvant aboutir à des communications MROS,
  • procéder aux communications MROS,
  • analyser et valider les alertes issues des systèmes de surveillance en matière de sanctions économiques,
  • définir des règles de paramétrage des systèmes de surveillance en matière de sanctions économiques,
  • apporter du support d’expert sur l’interprétation des évolutions réglementaires en matière de sanctions économiques,
  • répondre aux enquêtes des autorités (FINMA, MROS) ainsi qu'aux questions réglementaires des banques correspondantes,
  • contribuer à la formation des collaboratrices et collaborateurs via la participation à la mise en place de programmes en ligne ainsi que par l’animation de séances de formation en présentiel ,
  • contribuer à la rédaction des rapports et analyses du département ainsi que des présentations soumises aux organes de la Banque.

Votre profil:

  • formation universitaire en sciences économiques ou en droit, complétée par un CAS Compliance in Financial Services, ou formation jugée équivalente,
  • expérience d’au moins 3 à 5 ans dans un département Compliance dans les domaines LBA/FT et sanctions économiques,
  • sensibilité aux risques et sens de la proportionnalité dans le traitement des affaires et dans la décision,
  • sens de l’organisation, rapidité de compréhension et d’exécution alliés à une bonne gestion du temps et des délais, esprit d’analyse et de synthèse,
  • très bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite en français, bonnes connaissances en anglais, allemand un atout.
