Cocoasource is a commodity trading company based in Switzerland. Founded in 2007, it specializes in sourcing and delivering high-quality products to clients worldwide. Mostly involved in cocoa beans, cashew nuts, and rubber, Cocoasource deals with approximately 140,000 MT of products annually. With six regional offices in Africa and a subsidiary office in Singapore, the company employs about 24 people at its headquarters and approximately 150 people abroad.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Risk & Financial Analyst to join our friendly and dynamic team. This role requires the candidate to contribute to driving financial rigor and enhancing financial performance across the company's network. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a constant point of contact for the finance teams of Cocoasource affiliates

• Assist in the review and preparation of the monthly financial consolidation report

• Oversee stock control across all affiliates

• Participate in the annual financial statements and audits

• Review and enforce the Cocoasource transfer pricing policy

• Manage the Cocoasource KYC process in compliance with company policy

• Ensure robust financial controls, including oversight of Forex, Futures (hedging position), and Costing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field ; a Master’s degree is preferred

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience

• Experience and knowledge in trading Industry (futures, FX markets and hedging strategies) is a plus

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong sense of rigor and ability to work autonomously

• Computer analytics skill (Excel proficiency at a minimum)
