Reimagine what you can become. As a Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals by conducting thorough market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights. You will also be in charge of the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and drive competitive advantage, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven methodologies.A Day in the Life of a Strategy AnalystAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and financial data to support strategic decision-makingLead specific projects that enhance business performance and operational efficiencyImplement business strategies that align with corporate goals, in collaboration with various departments across the company, including the Global Strategy teamWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather insights and drive initiativesMonitor and evaluate the performance of strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvementPrepare reports to present insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholdersWhat will make you successfulUniversity degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA would be a strong assetPrevious experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods industryProven project management skills, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearlyAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environmentKnowledge of Nestlé's global operations and strategic priorities is advantageousFluency in English, any other language is a plusNestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
